Sean Connelly- Sean is active in several volunteer organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America. Sean earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of Texas-Arlington. Sean works for a Fortune 200 company as a project manager and recently completed its two year leadership development program. Sean is the creator of 42 in 42 and sees it as a vehicle to raise awareness for worthwhile causes and inspire volunteers to uplift people in need. Sean resides in Fort Worth, TX and enjoys listening to music, discussing politics, exercising and spending time with his wife and three sons.




Carrie Foster – Carrie has been active with various volunteer activities and non-profit organizations for over 25 years. She earned her undergraduate degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Industrial and Systems Engineering and has begun her MBA at The University of Texas. Carrie works for a Fortune 200 company and recently completed her company’s leadership development program. Carrie has assisted with the development of the 42 in 42 concept and has supported operations since the organization’s inception. Besides volunteering and working, Carrie also enjoys reading, mentoring, music, coaching, crocheting, and other various handcrafts.



Neil Golke – Neil holds undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Washington along with a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University. Neil works for a Fortune 200 company and recently completed its two-year leadership development program. He remains active in his community through support of various volunteer organizations and has been involved with 42 in 42 since its inception. Neil currently lives in San Jose, CA and enjoys exploring the California coast.



Chrystal Harris – This is Chrystal’s second year with the 42 in 42 organization. She is from Virginia Beach, Virginia, but currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona where she is employed as a project engineer. Chrystal earned her M.S. in Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle and is currently pursuing her MBA at the same university. She enjoys volunteering for worthy causes, spending time with friends, traveling, playing hockey, and golf.



Stacey Reed – Stacey is a stay-at-home mom of two young boys but still finds time to volunteer in her community and with various organizations, including 42 in 42. She earned her B.S. in Public Relations from Brigham Young University and has nearly 10 years of work experience as well as working closely with non-profit organizations. When she’s not busy with her family, she enjoys reading, writing, event planning, singing, and dabbling in design.
